MLLE LENORMAND & ORACLES
Marie-Anne Adélaïde Lenormand, born in Alençon, May 27, 1772 and died in Paris June 23, 1843, better known as Mlle Lenormand, was a famous French clairvoyant and card reader. She is buried in the Père-Lachaise cemetery (3rd ward). All so-called Lenormand decks were made years after her death.
Oracle cards enjoy a growing interest from the searching person, so you will also find a modest collection in the museum, although we are not specialized in that.
